1. General

Shroom is a premium mushroom soup brand operating in Bangladesh. The brand reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Product descriptions, ingredients, and images are for informational purposes. Actual products may vary slightly.
• Prices may change without prior notice. Confirmed orders are honored at the purchase-time price.

3. Placing an Order

• By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
• Shroom may accept, reject, or cancel orders due to stock limitations, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any other reason.

4. Payment

We accept bKash, Nagad, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery where applicable. Payments must be completed in full before order processing except COD.

5. Delivery

• Delivery inside Dhaka city: 24–48 hours.
• Delivery to other major cities: 2–5 business days.
• Delivery estimates are approximate. Delays may happen due to weather, traffic, or courier partner issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the exclusive property of Shroom. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Use or inability to use the site.
• Product misuse or improper storage by the customer.
• Third-party service interruptions including payment gateways and delivery partners.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes should be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, the courts of Dhaka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
